Founder's Story: Unveiling the Journey Behind HIPO
Greetings, HIPO Enthusiasts! 👋
I’m thrilled to share the incredible journey that led to the creation of HIPO – a journey fueled by passion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to revolutionizing the realm of customer engagement.
My odyssey began as a Mechanical Engineer, navigating the intricacies of engine design after graduating from KIIT University. Little did I know that life had an unexpected detour planned for me. The 2020 pandemic thwarted my plans to work in Japan, propelling me into uncharted territory.
Fast forward to May 2021, where I found myself co-founding the “India Fights with COVID” Telegram Group alongside Sonu Sood and other remarkable individuals. This initiative not only became a beacon of hope for those in need but also marked my foray into the world of growth hacking on LinkedIn.
The momentum carried me through roles at DeTaSECURE, Sessions.us, and PitchGround, each contributing valuable chapters to my growth as a professional. Yet, amidst the hustle, a burning desire to create something transformative began to take shape.
On June 19th, 2023, I bid farewell to my role as Head of Partnerships at PitchGround, driven by a vision to launch something of my own. Thus, the conception of HIPO.ai, a platform that goes beyond conventional chatbot solutions.
